Principal Bio

Jennifer DeAnn Baker is the Principal at Hollis T. Dietz in Crandall ISD. She was named the Principal of Hollis T. Dietz in the summer of 2020. Jennifer graduated from Texas AM Commerce in December of 1998 with Elementary Education as her degree with a minor in Special education. In 2013, Jennifer graduated with her Masters in Administration from Lamar University. She pursued her teaching career for 18 years in Special Education. In April of 2015, Jennifer was hired by Crandall ISD to be the Director of Intervention Services.  She served in this position for five years. Jennifer’s career goal has always been to help students learn and feel safe in their learning environment. She is enjoying her career as a teacher and a leader.
